This meeting is open to all.
Zumba is a World Rhythms dance fitness class which provides a great cardio workout as well as boosting mood and energy. This class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. The format is modified to allow participants to be seated or standing and recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity, lessening pressure on your joints.
